Charing Cross Housing Association is a registered social landlord and non-profit organisations with charitable status.
The Association was registered in 1976 and operates mainly in the Woodlands and Garnethill areas of Glasgow. It was set up to address pre-1919 tenemental disrepair and started new build developments in the mid 1980’s.
We aim to provide good quality affordable rented housing maintained to a high standard. We also provide factoring services to owners. Our statement on Customer Care Standards sets out our commitment to service delivery.

The Management Committee has responsibility for the overall control of the Association. The strategic direction, policies and planning are approved by the Committee. Committee members are elected at the Annual General Meeting normally held in June each year. They give their time on a voluntary basis. The Association’s Rules allow for 12 members on the Management Committee.
