Key Contractors

The Association uses a number of contractors to carry out repairs and we continuously monitor them to ensure a prompt, high quality and value for money service.  A Satisfaction Survey Form is issued for every internal property repair reported.  We post inspect 10% of repairs to check contractors performance.
