When the office is closed, in the event of an emergency only, please contact the Association's out of hours emergency contractor City Building on 0800 595 595. This number is for plumber, joiner, electrician.  For gas heating emergency repairs out of hours please contact 645 FM Ltd on 0141 465 2888 (Option 1).  Please note that this number is for Housing Association tenants only.
