Significant Performance Failure?

A significant performance failure could happen where we: -

  • Fail to carry out health and safety requirements, such as annual gas safety checks
  • Do not maintain our tenants' homes or carry out repairs in line with legal requirements and our published policies
  • Fail to have the appropriate governance and financial procedures in place or apply them
  • Do not consult with our tenants about issues such as proposed rent increases and other policies that affect them

Do you think the Association has failed significantly?

If you would like to view either of these 2 leaflets you can do so by selecting from the options below: -

If you do think that we have failed siginificantly please raise this with us first.  This will provide us with the chance to respond to you within a reasonable time to address the issue.
