Update on changes to our services due to the coronavirus

Our office closed to the public on 23 March 2020 as a result of the Government guidelines and will remain closed until the guidelines advise that it is safe to open.

You can still phone or e-mail between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm as staff are working remotely.  

Please note that we are currently only able to carry out emergency repairs.  Please phone 0141 333 0404 to report an emergency repair during office hours or 0800 595 595 out of hours.  For gas heating emergency repairs out of hours phone 645 FM Ltd on 0141 465 2888 (Option 1) (please note that this number is for Housing Association tenants only.

Attached is a leaflet advising everyone of the updated changes the Association is making to our services under the current circumstances.

During the current Covid 19 pandemic, the Association would like to remind all our tenants and owners to follow the government social distancing guidelines and stay two meters apart from your neighbours in all common areas.  By looking out for your neighbours and respecting the guidelines we can protect each other and the vulnerable members of our community.
